Mandy's work behind the scenes spans creative direction, show development, casting, vocal arranging and direction, choreography and staging, setlist development, and visual concepts for live entertainment.

With experience both onstage and behind the scenes, she approaches each production from the perspective of both the performer and the audience — building shows that combine music, storytelling, spectacle, and genuine connection.
